Our Well Being Course is the next step in improving your understanding of postures and breathing exercises.
A single teacher will take classes thus there is more attention given to you, to help you to work on many aspects of your yoga practice.

Yoga postures to activate the key muscles and jointes.
Keeping your body fit and healthy by stretching the spine, relieving stiffness, improving alignment and de-stressing the body.
The rhythmic physical movements of the practise will help to improve blood circulation, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and relieve bodily aches.
