We have a systematic approach to teaching some good yoga practices to help you recover post covid .Try the course and see if the asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation practices, as well as the suggestions of lifestyle changes and diet help in recovering holistically .You can continue to take your medications safely, and use yoga as a support, as a supplementary health practice to get back to your full energy .Even complete beginners to yoga can attempt the course. Nothing hard or difficult will be taught. Nor is performance expected – only a willingness to try yoga, that is all.
